Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across El Paso, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
