Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Timber Medical is a El Paso company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
