Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Summit Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
