Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
