Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
