Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
