Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Hollow Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
