Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
