Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Cobalt Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
