Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
