Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Detroit. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
