Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Des Moines area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
