Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
