Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Meadow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
