Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
