Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Granite Insurance is an insurance company in Des Moines with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
