Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
