Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Des Moines with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
