Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
