Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
