Stonegate Loom Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
