Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
