Stonegate Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
