Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Dallas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
