Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Glen Care Services supports families and individuals in Columbus with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
