Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

Northwind West Care Services supports families and individuals in Columbus with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
