Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
