Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood West Care Services supports families and individuals in Columbus with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
