Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners is a Columbus contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
