Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Columbus, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
