Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Thistle Financial serves customers across Columbus with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
