Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
