Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ivory Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
