Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
