Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit River Financial Group is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
