Highbridge Basin Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
