Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
