Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Field Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
