Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Wren Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
