Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
