Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
