Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Meadow Financial is a financial-services company in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
