Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Junction Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
