Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Pike Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
