Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
