Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Vale Financial is a financial-services company in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
