Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Willow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 970 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
