Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
