Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Forge Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
