Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
